Paula has been training me for 18 months now. I have built a lot of muscle, toned up and become a lot stronger mentally and physically. Paula has a fantastic positive energy and it has been great for me mentally being around such a strong minded woman. She has supported me not just through my fitness goals but life goals too. I am 100% sure that if you sign up with Coach Pea you won't regret it! Just so you know, I was pretty much afraid of exercise and I knew nothing about fitness before I started working with Paula! I have always struggled with my weight and motivation and I was pretty nervous about joining classes or doing PT *but* Pea makes you feel so welcome and gorgeous and strong and now I really look forward to exercising! She supports you to meet your goals, is really down to earth, and is so much fun! The classes she runs are full of a diverse group of wonderful wahine and she always changes it up to keep things interesting ! I have seen my body change so much (my doctor recently said I'm the healthiest I've ever been!), I feel so much stronger and more confident too.
