Your package will not be delivered the first, second, third, or fourth time they promise its on the truck. Maybe the fifth time? I'll never know cause I cancelled and won't buy from suppliers who use them.

The delivery service for this is terrible. We ordered whiteware and haven't received it till three weeks almost. They also said they couldn't find the other 2nd whiteware but it was sitting in the factory the whole time. The next day they didn't deliver it on the run and said I'd have to book it in for next Monday. Like we called a couple of times now surely it should be on the run as soon as you were aware of where the second whiteware was... not good

I see why this company has soo meny bad reviews ae I called up yesterday too ask if my item would turn up tomorrow and thay told me thay dont deliver in weekends and will get on Monday too then find out the delivery was made today after being told it would not... Very inconvenient as I said I would work Saturday soo I dont have too work monday but now i have too take monday off too wait on this item soo i hope its hear on Monday otherwise I'll be very disappointed and that's not easy... I keep my phone off when working soo I missed the call from the driver a hour ago and when I called him back he was very clear and understanding and told me he cant drop off as he is back on his way too the depo... Good driver but terrible customer service operators as I talked too two people yesterday and both told me the same lies...
