Rude lady working tonight around 830 yelled at a customer that she hadnt paid only to look at video to find she was at fault . Wow sooo bad of her. Just been there 7:30pm 19 march 2023 lady was talking to a customer while making the slowest coffe on earth. Then says to me from the coffe counter in a sarcastic voice can i help you, i go over and tell her what i wanted she then tells me to wait . I walked out bloody hopeless lady. And the guy she was talking to was saying yeah the cops will take it "car" so have to get it out alot before they do obivous the know each other . Again hopeless get rid of her.

Used the BP tonight and the Asian guy there works here and Johnsonville. Deliberately lied to a customer telling them they were out of stock of smokes and they weren't. Waits ages to start the pump when you want to put gas in your car, keeps asking you to repeat yourself, always angry. Never smile at anyon ever, just an angry little man. Rather obvious he is angry because he has achieved all he can achieve. Just because he is miserable I don't see why he should try to ruin everyone else's day. If he is not able to make it here in NZ perhaps he needs to find another country. Have been going here for years and in Johnsonville, will never use BP again.

Just waited 20 minutes for the worst coffee I've ever had. It was literally just hot milk. I also waited ages initially at the coffee counter, being ignored, and finally asking where I should place my order (a different counter). Horrendous service.
