        Brought an expensive screen protector for a Samsung phone ($40). Had the store install it so I didn't stuff it up. When I got home the edges had lifted and dust was underneath. They told me I had to send pictures that would prove a manufacturing defect. Wouldn't give me my money back. What's ridiculous is that the screen protector probably cost them next to nothing so putting this right wouldn't have cost them much. Will never buy from there again.

        Fantastic service & a great discount on screen protector. Screen was was replaced very quickly & I was happy with price. Will definately use again, just hope its not for another screen

        New screen faulted from day one. Visible gap between chassis and screen, any pressure resulted in black lines the whole way up the screen. Warrenty was refused due to small chip (not crack) in the edge of the sceeen that made no difference to the problems at hand.
