        I unknowingly bought the last Ave Revo 12 DSP in the country from the music warehouse thinking it would be brand new. It wasn't. It took six days from purchase until delivery. It didn't come with it's DSP USB cable, user manual or it's original boxx and speaker has a small dent on front grill with dusty marks on the sides. Upon emailing them I was informed it was an ex demo model. It had been dropped and taken apart with the seals around the speaker having been tampered with. Paid full price for a brand new speaker and received a secondhand one. Extremely disappointed.

        I took my 15yr old daughter to buy her first electric guitar today. Justin was awesome and Liv is absolutely stoked with her new purchase. Thanks so much for looking after her, she hasn't stopped practicing since we got home!
