        Very bad customer service and she charged me extra $50 for late pick-up fee (50 mins) which isnt mentioned anywhere in the website or explained from them.

        A lovely, professional dog groomer who cares. After 1st visiting a different groomer and having some issues, I decided to try Lord Billingtons. Kim is natural with dogs. She is patient and empathetic with my puppy, who hates having his nails cut. He looked and smelled gorgeous after an hour at Lord Billingtons. I won't be taking him anywhere else from now on.
