Charles does amazing life changing work. He is professional and more importantly friendly. He made me feel very relaxed. His aftercare is personal, checking up with me a few days after surgery. Highly recommend Charles if you are looking at getting surgery. And a shout out to Mel, who was amazing at dealing with all my emails.

Firstly, what a wonderful human Charles is. You can tell he cares from the moment you start your consultation. He is polite and caring, and gives you all the information you need to put you at ease and make a decision. On top of that, he is so skilled at what he does. I am super happy and I'm only a week into healing! What an amazing man, who I would highly recommend to anyone. Charles doesn't make you feel like 'a number' and the cost was exactly as quoted. A shout out to Mel, the Practice Manager, who is also amazing, and Kevin the Anaesthetist, and Jim his assistant and the team I had in theatre at Boulcott. They were all wonderful and put me at ease. To me this was a life changing operation that I had saved awhile for. I am very grateful for the results - Charles is a top surgeon and I wouldn't hesitate to go to him again.
