    Greeted by friendly reception staff and radiologist was very supportive and really helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

    I would NOT recommend this place about a year ago I came to get my first scan with my partner and mother we understood only 1 person could come in to see the scan due to covid reason but lady who did mine was horrible to me ( she part owner ) She told me in a rude way i wasn't suppose to have a full bladder after being notified by them to have one and usually your always suppose too? She then told my mother to wait outside in the cold I found out my baby wasn't growing correctly sadly and I had to ask her where she said "yeah it will be a miscarriage i'll leave to clean yourself up" it's like she hated i was there and wasn't kind about the news. I left the room crying and didn't go back it was such a low moment in my life and usually the people doing these scans i expect to be kind. The only thing kind about this place was one of the receptionist who apologised to my mother for waiting in the cold. * UPDATE* look at the response given on my another gmail account so rude, I feel brave enough to express my opinion, this happened and don't appreciate someone saying it didn't! There is reason this place is low star rated more than 5 star? I have written this on another account so I get an nicer response or email back.

    We have experienced in our multiple appointments that these guys are always in rush and we dont get full satisfaction out of our appointments for scans. Very disappointed and as we looked forward to scan of our baby but they dont even spend 10 mins for the scan and rush it out. It had happened in our last appointment too(with different person scanning), not even 10 mins and we were out, left us feeling we havent had proper scan to understand the growth of our baby. At Pacific our experience with our first child was that they would ask to change position or do some efforts to capture the scan properly, but these guys just rush it and say all seems fine!! Even the information which they tell us not correct!! We asked our midwife about the growth chart info these guys gave us and our midwife said thats incorrect information as what they gave as is not relevant. We will be happy to pay $85 at pacific radiology rather than spending $30 here to get the satisfactory scan done. Dont go for the price guys, we took time off work to go for scan and we get this service, so not worth it. Critical movements of your childs growth if you want to have with better experience then pay more and go somewhere else.

    Always a lovely experience, all 3 of children's scans have been done here, our last being today... my only negative is the paper they give with a link for patient portal doesn't take you to a "patient portal" so I'm unable to see the photos
