We had a great experience working with Phil on the sale of our first home. He was a great communicator and full of knowledge. Phil was considerate of our time, kept us in the loop and provided regular updates throughout the process which made for a very smooth, quick sale. The reason we chose to work with Phil was that we met him at another open home years prior and were impressed by his professionalism, from a buyers perspective. Weve now seen it from the other side - as sellers and couldnt recommend Phil more as an agent!

I partnered with Phil to market and sell my home and it really did feel like a partnership. I was looking for a particular set of skills and market knowledge to navigate the market of 2022. Phil is always up for a constructive discussion and was very helpful from start to end. His Sales & Marketing background and engery definitely helped get the property into the best state possible, through providing detailed thoughts and advice on room layout to create appeal and snaz up the end photograpghs. Phil was always available when needed and able to provide straight to the point communication. On the marketing side we had some pretty good discussions about the return on investment for the various marketing options. Phil also responded very well to pressure being put on him for results and he didn't disappoint in a tough market bringing in several good offers that met the market. Phil also went out of his way to assist the buyer (which of course helped secure the sale :)) The final sale process was very well handled and i felt informed throughout. End result fair price for the house (buyer and seller), quick sale and nice short settlement. Overall i would recommend Phil if you are looking for some straight up solid advice and guidence. What sets him apart is jolly good sense of humour and a wide mix of skills - not to mention many a few years in the industry - very helpful for navigating the current market.

Phil was really nice to deal with. Being first home buyers the process itself is already too overwhelming and Phil helped us a lot during this process. He was very patient with all the questions we had and was always available whenever we needed his help. I really recommend him!
