        I am really impressed with the service I have received in all (3) times I have been to Bernina. Both times Jeremy fixed the problem while I waited for my machine. He is very knowledgeable and is only too happy to answer any questions I may have. My first year's service on my machine was excellent! I didn't have to go back with any problems. Excellent customer service.
