A great place to practice basic mountain biking skills like riding small drops, jumps, skinnies and berms. It has 2 wider skinny bridges, and one narrow skinny. There is one trail with 2 large jumps and another lane in parallel with a drop followed by 2 small jumps and then rollers. A third track along the side has some small jumps and rollers, followed by a very large berm. These three lanes meet near the end of the skills area where there is a berm and a track back to the start. (With optional bridges to ride along the way). A little further down the road is the base of all the mountain biking trails at Belmont regional park, such as electric avenue and borderline. These can be accessed via the jeep track that leads from the car park to the top of the hill where the trails start. (This is called 4x4 logging track on trailforks.)
