        Excellent service, highly professional staff who helped me select a new pair of sunglasses, and replaced a missing frame screw in my old pair with no charge other than to invite me to donate an amount of my choice to the store charity, which I was more than happy to do

        The shop assistant was really helpful. I had particular needs in terms of my eyes and she was really good at picking out some options for me. I love my new sunglasses!

        Found PS 51VS in store at $526 - online far cheaper at 3 competing stores - Sunglass Hutt were unwilling to price match. Little uncomfortable experience when attendant looked to ask fellow strangers in store what they thought of glasses I was trying on. Regardless of price being more expensive by some $146; being without sunglasses currently decided to go ahead. Saw a scratch on left lens, asked if could get a discount noting defect on expensive PRADA - declined. Terrible experience, bad business mentality. If youre selling expensive gear - make the bottom line work for customer and business
