We came into look at the new Suzuki vibe Derrick Engels introduced himself and asked how can he help we told him we wanted to look at the new vibe that we seen advertised there was one in the show room that was fully kitted out plus extras we ended up buying that car Derrick went above and beyond to help us with detailed information on the car he was such a pleasure to deal with and a complete sales man trade in no hassle the deal went so smoothly we picked our new car up today very very happy and would not hesitate to deal with Derrick again he was very knowledgeable running me through all the cars functional capabilities Thank you so much for a hassle free purchase. Took my car in for an express service- just a one hour wait and it was all done! Lovely staff, all very friendly and accomodating. Had a nice waiting room with good coffee and wifi. Cant ask for much more

Daughter saved hard bought new car, paid cash. Car had no car mats. Asked if they'd throw Suzuki car mats in.....and NO!!! Shame on you Brendan Foot, I don't know of any Car Dealers that don't throw in free mats. We've bought car's in UK, NZ and Aus all of which came with mat's. I think you'll find it's called looking after the customer, and customer satisfaction. Disappointed/unhappy customer to say the least!!! Giving you one is generous. Recommendations yes.... buy elsewhere

From the booking process through to the actual service experience... faultless. Fronted by Lidia ... it was professional in every respect. And the Customer Lounge and facilities were perfect for the "Express/While you Wait"... large screen TV if of interest - but also work table and free internet to work if required. Completed with a comprehensive report on the vehicle service!
