Very good service - did the job while I waited. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man who did the car was very good - he put the brake on too tight - so I had to go and ask him to release it for me - which he did willingly even tho' they were busy and had a lot going on.

Having just arrived in Lower Hutt after driving down from North Auckland where I hit a large pot hole in the Desert Road. My vehicle indicater system, showed that my left rear tyre was deflating, I checked it at Waiouru. I travelled on and visited Beaurepaires in L. H to get the tyre and wheel checked properly. They removed and checked this tyre and wheel, plus all the other three tyres pressures. Refitted the wheel and sent me on my way. Best of all they did not charge me anything!! Now that is service, and with a smile. Therefore I can only recommend this outlet for all your tyre requirements. Great service.
