I really don't appreciate the $180 cost for my partner or the 3+ hour wait times because kids 14 and under get in free and are prioritised the same. I've also come here with a cut tendon, and slipped disc. The wait times are horrendous. Please stop prioritising free kids over paying customers unless they want to pay.

After a bike accident I went along to the after hours medical centre as I was visiting the area. I just wanted to say the care experience was very friendly and professional all the way through the visit from the receptionist, nurse and doctor. Thank you.

Thank you to the wonderful people who saw my 88 year old friend on 31 December. The person at the front desk, the nurse and the doctor, were all exceptional in responding to his needs, listening carefully to what was happening with him, asking questions in a friendly plain-english way and explaining to both he and I what was happening for him, his treatment including the medication being prescribed and the care he required when he returned home. This exceptional service all delivered with out a hint of any haste, even though there were numerous people waiting to be seen with a wait time of up to three hours. Thank you again for being there for our community after hours and the professional and caring service you provided; so much appreciated. John

I had the best care here from the nurse Corrin and Dr Gulshan Kaul. I felt listened to and finally got a really good diagnosis. Thank you for your help.
