We brought our dog in to get checked as he started showing us new & worrying behaviours. The staff behind front desk were so friendly and welcoming. We had Alana (forgive if wrong spelling) and she was wonderful. Very honest and empathetic. Not at all trying to rush us. Was a wonderful lady, will definitely visit again!!

Very disappointing that this vet will not take me as a referral for my 5 month old kitten who has FIP. Kitten's life depends on getting treatment quickly and someone kindly messaged me that they offer it. But refused to see him because they are not taking new patients. I thought a vet would be above such trivial admin excuses when an animal's life is at stake. Sad.
