        I'm amazed that you'd think opening one day a week is enough for your customers. I need to come into the branch today (Friday) but have to wait until next Wednesday to do so. I chose your bank as you had a branch in Carterton, so I can visit without traveling 30 mins, but this isn't much use if you're closed 6 days a week. Please increase your number of days open.

        I went into the Carterton branch today(Wednesday 9th February 2022) between the hours of 12pm and 1pm, with the intention of adding a new EFTPOS card to my account. The receptionist at the counter was very condescending and rude. She refused to serve me without offering any sort of viable reason why and laughed with another coworker at me. I am quite insulted and do not recommend this BNZ to other customers.
