        I appreciate Massons coming to the party and sorting me out with warranty on my welder. I understand that warranty was with BOC which made it difficult, and they have apologised for the delay, as have Massons. From a customers perspective a phone call to explain where things are at goes a long way, and would have stopped me writing a poor review in the first place.
