        Absolutely amazing gym, as a big guy I was scared to go but all the staff there are so incredibly helpful and supportive. I can't recommend strength nation enough.

        An asset to Carterton. Such great staff and the classes are fantastic. After recovering from injury and a diagnosis of arthritis,I had to adjust to my new normal. The gym has pushed me to achieve goals I didnt think i could. If youre thinking of joining a gym i highly recommend strength nation brilliant!!
