Amazing customer service run by lovely kind people. I was absolutely panicking because Im an under 25 new car owner my parents were on my insurance information and someone had just rear ended my bumper, I called and the women was so friendly even though I was stumbling over my words and not making much sense, she kindly took the time to answer my burbling questions. In the end her husband fixed my bumper for free! Its utterly sturdy and secure now and it was done really fast. Im so blessed that I managed to run in to such lovely people would definitely recommend.

A friend of mine took her car to this car repair and I was amazed at the kindness of the owners. They are such nice people, not in the least money focused. The repaired my friend's car in no time and fixed some other stuff that wasn't included in the quote, absolutely for free!! I'm glad we ran into this shop. Now I know where to take my own car to when I need it :)

My car failed the WOF and it was a week before Christmas. There were no automotive repair shops available nor willing to do the job, but Paleti and Diana from Porirua Automotive Smash Repair were totally the opposite. They took on my car and did an extraordinary job, they actually did far beyond at no extra cost. They are so lovely and considerate, I can't thank them enough. Now the WOF is ready, all thanks to them, and it wasn't an easy issue, but they excelled at it! I recommend this shop 1,000%, if that's possible. This is going to be my car repair shop for good! Thank you guys for the best Christmas present, willingness to help and support someone you didn't even know.
