I love the body shop products but I found some staff in this shop is very unfriendly. No greetings, two staff members keep chatting about their personal life. I bought a shampoo, a conditioner and a body lotion there, then I realised I have so many body lotions unused at home so I decided to return the body lotion 1 hour later while I was still in the mall. only one staff was very hopeful during the whole process, the other staff asked me if Ive used the body lotion, what kind of question is that?! Come on lady! Do you think I went home showered and used the lotion and decided to come back and return it? TBS, plz train your staff properly! Your competitor Lush is doing a great job on their staff! I would avoid to shop there again:(
