BedsRus Porirua

My fianc and I came into BedsRus hoping to compare our options and get an idea of what buying instore vs online elsewhere would be like. We were greeted by Jess who was absolutely incredible and worked with us to find our perfect bed, while remaining within our budget. Jess immediately felt like a longtime friend and made us instantly comfortable with the process; spending as long as we needed moving around the store, trialing all the different options. At no point did we feel rushed or judged for asking about other options, and in the end, we decided we would get our full new bed set up from her as a result of the fantastic service we received. We both agreed that it is sad we are finished shopping as Jess really made this an enjoyable experience. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks Jess!!

Jess and Nick were so helpful. Nick had only just started and he already knew so much and really help me make the right decision on what to get. Jess was equally friendly and even was chill with my kids were very curious with all the beds

Had a superb experience in this store. Both Ross and Jess offered exceptional and professional service. They were patient with us as we took our time to decide on a bed and provided excellent advice. BedsRus comes highly recommended. Products are great and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
