        I ordered 2 takeaway filtered coffees. They were both cold, but I didnt realize it until I got to the car. Very disappointing. Its apparent that they dont care about their product.

        Got my coffee wrong. Didn't realise until I got up to the office. Regular milk really upsets me and I am too awkward to take it back to get what I asked for. It might be conveniently at the bottom of my work office but I *hate* getting wrong orders and it puts me right off and completely negates the location convenience.
