Failed my WOF measuring my front tires at 0.9mm, but when measured somewhere else, all principle grooves were over 2.5mm. Quoted me $1380 for all the issues including suspension bushes and tires to get me a WOF, but got it all sorted at another mechanic for less than $600. When they quoted me this, I asked for an itemized bill emailed to me several times, but they never replied to my message nor sent me an itemized bill as they obviously didn't want to show me what they were charging me. I checked my junk folder everyday just in case. Ran out of time to retest waiting for them to reply so wasted my inspection fee and had to pay another mechanic to do it again. Times are tough for small business, but ripping people off isn't the way to go. Avoid this place, I'll be making a complaint to NZTA and MTA so they can't continue this behaviour.
