Spent $45 couldnt get my drinks or a refund which was $10 of the order. The manager was rude, swore at me on complaint because they also had no tomato sauce ontop of the lack of alternative drink options. He also stunk of body odour & sweat. When your spending that amount of money you expect, food service, accuracy of order & for the staff to have some sense of customer service & a personal hygiene standard.

Poor show nandos burger just delivered looked like it had been assembled by someone from KFC ie thrown at bun from 10 feet away.Dry chicken on the edges and a soggy mess in the middle far from impressive-LIFT YOUR GAME!

Worst customer service provided just know, ordered 3 whole chicken which was the only ones left, had confirmed our order and took seat, waited n went to check for the order than the manager told he sold to other customers. Pathetic service provided. After that long of wait been informed that they gave our order to someone else and than argueing with us that we didn't pay for it, hence the manager took our order n confirmed it. Also not taking phone calls. Total waste of time.
