        High staff turn over rate, I worked there for 6 months as a NHC ( new homes consultant ) and quit as the boss has no idea how to treat people, first job I've worked at where the director actually made me cry and didnt even know how to teach me or direct me due to their lack of expirence, my colleague has since also quit there due to similar reasons as well as other NHC's have allready come and gone. please treat your new people with care and respect then perhaps you may hold onto great staff for longer, its taken me over a year to write this but people need to know and I need to get this off my chest.
