I went there and was in line for an hour ... One service rep served one person for that whole time. Another rep was very slow and doing everything because of that. Another rep was not serving but looking at her computer and every now and again would ask people in the line what they needed. Another rep was on her lunch break and when she finally took over, the line moved. When I got to the front, the rep started trying to sell me products instead of dealing with my license... Read the room. She seemed miffed when I said can we just do this please. The management there is not efficient. If you've got a computer open up the desk and serve when there's a queue. Hire more people.

The queue was outside on the footpath, one till had no eftpos and a translator was being used to sit a test, in a very noisy environment unfair to the person sitting the test. Also staff serving customers instore were required to answer incoming calls, nice frontline staff but poor customer service.
