We have been ordering from franks fish for several years but recently the wait time is soooo much longer than they say on the phone. You responded to my review saying something along the lines of 'its just busy sometimes' - my issue is with being told a time, e.g 10 mins, but waiting up to 50 minutes, not with the time waited. Two recent experiences- one I was told 10 minute wait only to turn up and wait about another 40 minutes (nearly an hours wait altogether), and then another recent experience where I was told 15 mins and it took 40 mins. Its a waste of time when I have been told a wait time that is inaccurate. If they could give an accurate wait time over the phone first up that would be fine but they do not do this.

Their food is the nicest around the area. I was there again tonight. Fish is divine .

Fish was dry chips were crinkle cut and plain must be leftover go elsewhere next time
