I did not have a good experience with this company. They did a small job for me over a month ago, then suddenly yesterday I got an email This invoice is well overdue please pay asap? Our terms and conditions state pay within 7 days of invoice. This was the first time I had heard from them....Nope, I never received a previous invoice from them (not even in my spam). Perhaps a more customer-friendly email would be Hi, has there been a problem? We sent an invoice on xxxx. Please pay asap, our terms are payment within 7 days. Instead, I got the deadbeat customer email. Not impressed. To cap it of, I was charged for adjusting the door limits and lubing the guides (in fact, I had lubed the guides myself). I was present the whole time the installer was adjusting the limits. The installer was on site a total of 8 minutes from my home security cam timestamp (and I live 5 minutes away from this company). The charge was $180+. That is appalling.
