Also well overpriced on alot of your grocery items.

Humiliating experience at Pak n Sav Porirua Checkout - 3:30pm, 29 APR 23. The checkout staff (Pritipa) gave us the wrong information regarding how to pay for the special Whittakers Chocolate (that one person can pay multiple transactions). A customer in line made an inappropriate comment about us and how we paid, she joined in. We were later "corrected" by her manager (Mele). Mele told us off, made it look like we took advantage of the promo. The promo said 4 items/blocks per person, there were 5 of us. It didn't mention how to "correctly" pay for them. we bought 18 in total. Mele demanded that my mum had to pay for herself, she had no money on her, and didn't allow her to borrow my money. Imagining a family with kids or dependents who have no money on them and also denied because they don't have their own money....We ended up leaving the three blocks that mum couldn't pay for herself behind so took home 15. I'm not sure what sort of customer service training they went through but it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope they treat others better than they treated us.
