A series of botched bookings, first postponed because they didnt have my colour, the stylist rescheduled me after Christmas to which I arrived to find some how my booking, suggested by them, had not been entered into to system. I then did as they suggested and booked on line. Only to be cancelled as the time for my treatment was too short, this, though no longer times were available on the booking system. Now the stylist is away for a month. Times are tough, but much of this is poor organisation. I like to use kerastase and LOral products so my local prions are limited

i was left in tears and lost a ridiculous amount of money. I had long luscious hair and made a brave decision to TRIM IT. He cut my hair and i said thats the right length dont cut it any shorter he proceeds to cut it up to my chin. I was in awe. Then i clearly stated i do not want layers at all and he did not listen and insisted on giving me layers. Which ended up being choppy and gross. He then gave me a side part when i also clearly stated i only have a middle part. So half of my hair was uneven. Honestly made me cry for A long time. Hate it Service: Hairstyling
