Very slow, with an unacknowledged or communicated 20min wait for a juice. Staff blatantly ignored peoples requests for an idea of a timeframe. When orders were ready they were put on the counter without saying the name or number of the order, leaving people confused & given a shrug or roll of eyes, at best, when they asked staff if the order was theirs. Nice juice, but an overall unpleasant experience.

Despite 4 people working, well 1 sipping on a drink, and the guy cutting pineapple every couple of mins in between flirting with the girls, the 10 or so people had a 15min wait, they had. I idea on order numbers either.. 13th April 2.20pm purchase.. never again

I am observing the crews, the Maori girl i think, after she washed the blender, she did the drinks without changing gloves and i noticed as well that she's not using the scoops to get the frozen fruits from the freezer, she's just picking it up using her dirty gloves instead. The cross infection is very poor. Please address this concern.

I have been waiting for a banana smoothie for 25 minutes.. No queue, only 2 people serving but one went on a break incredibly slow service. 10.00 for a mediocre banana medium smoothie. The lady behind me ordered a salad but got served before me. This place needs to up their game or lose customers. Shocking!! I won't be back..

Very slow service. At least a 10 minute wait for 1 drink despite 2 people being on and no one else in front of us. Young gentleman made the drink, while young girl stood around not doing much. Both seemed rather deflated and uninterested.
