        Worst cust service ever,lady at checkout was so rude,just bought a teddy for baby 1 sec back i was literally was standing thr i told her to change it with something else but she was so rude. Wont recommend it.

        19/8/22: I usually visit not long after opening so not many other customers in store. Shop here for items such as cards or wrapping paper to books or puzzles. Have always found the staff friendly and helpful and yes, sometimes I'm the annoying guy that doesn't know exactly what he's looking for. Anyway, it's rare for me to leave empty-handed. They're very good at researching and ordering books for me, too.

      image 19/8/22: I usually visit not long after opening so not many other customers in store. Shop here for items such as cards or wrapping paper to books or puzzles. Have always found the staff friendly and helpful and yes, sometimes I'm the annoying guy that doesn't know exactly what he's looking for. Anyway, it's rare for me to leave empty-handed. They're very good at researching and ordering books for me, too.
