Owner was very aggressive in his tone when I approached him on 3 items worth less than $10 charged at $37.50. His answer was done in error. It's not an error as 9 odd dollars can not be entered incorrectly as 37.50. If 7.50 maybe. Please ask for receipt and check before leaving. Owner didn't want to see our bank statement to prove he over charged it was not done in error a Deliberate attempt to steal money from his part. He refunded 25.10, and then still this wasn't the correct change given, since items was under 10 dollars.. Next time I will be contacting epos nz and informing them misuse of their product. Anyone who knows how to work these machines know 9 odd dollars can not be entered by error as 37.50. Shame on you how many more have you ripped off!?
