        The worst service we have received ever. Took nearly a whole year to get a replacement couch as the one we purchased started fading within 2 months of owning it. Zero communication from big save. We had to call and follow up number of times and would never get an answer. Seemed like the big save team didnt want to deal with us and kept ignoring us. I will never be purchasing from big save again and will be telling my friends and family not to as well. We purchased two couches both worth $4500 each and very disappointed with the service we received. Poor service wouldnt recommend.
