        Recently had an apptmt here with David after breaking finger. Filled out form before attending and specified some communication needs that I have that can make medical apptmts tricky. David was very intuitive and on arrival explained he'd chosen a better/quieter room, was slow with instructions, and sent me the date of the next appointment before I left. Was very respectful and checked in through out. Also checked in at the end and asked whether my needs had been met and whether anything could be done better/differently. Super mana-enhancing, comfortable approach and really stoked to receive such mindful inclusive care. Ng mihi David!
