        Philip did an excellent job. I felt he really understood what the issue was. He communicated a workable plan to get me back to peak condition with very clear step-by-step instructions.

        Where to start... I have had migraines weekly for around 10-15 years, through which I have tried pretty much every remedy known. Finally I came to North City Physo and have been under the care of Abhishek (Abhi) D Costa. With Abhi's care and wisdom I have seen a significant drop in my migraines, as well as a lift in my general mood and well-being. The journey has been no overnight success, but I see noticeable differences and see the value in long term treatment. I have found Abhi's care so go I now take my oldest son to Abhi to help him recover from a back injury. I'd absolutely recommend Abhi to anyone, his techniques, advice and overall car are second to none.
