Appalling service. The first time we tried to get a quote from them it took 3 months after two separate visits and multiple phone calls. The second time (for a different product) they sent us the previous quote. Then it took 4+ phone calls, several text messages and 5 weeks to get the quote - for a product and service I had not asked for. The email contained no explanation. After querying the quote, I was informed that they couldn't do the product I wanted (fine) and I was somehow magically expected to know that from the one-line email. Unbelievable.

Excellent in all ways: communication, service and quality. Kelly stands by his work - 15 years later he returned for wind damage to our roof, promptly, no questions asked.

Wellington lightweight roofing originally installed our new roof when the house was built 12 years ago. The roof sprang a week ago, damaging the internal roof. We called them the next day. They were super busy and said they would try to get out and make it weather tight the next day (haven't we all heard that before), but they were not sure when they would be able to permanently repair it. To our delight, they arrived when they said they would, kept us up to date the whole time, and today, less than a week later, our roof is completely repaired. I can't recommend these guys enough. Kerry, the roofer, was completely transparent, honest and told us exactly what he saw and how he was going to fix it. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Service: Roof repair
