        I had a very bad experience with a manager (Maraynn) at porirua branch. I purchased a gym ball which was not the right fit. The manager told me we need to check the size based on your body and she confirmed the right size is 75cm. The size was not the right fit and wanted to return and refund. Went in two times and the manager told me you need a receipt mandatory and when challenged to show the return policy, it wasnt mentioned in the policy. She also told me its her choice to refund my money or not. This was really rude when its not her choice (when in compliance with return and refund policy) and on top of that she checked my bank account to verify if i was the account owner. Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I would avoid shopping at Rebel Sport going forward.
