        Booked a taxi for 5:55 pm at Paremata train station, no taxi by 6:35 pm, called them twice to speak with them in person and they could give no indication of when a taxi would be here. Apparently only 2 drivers in for this peak period. Useless. No customer orientation. Dont use!! The automatic system says a taxi will be there shortly - dont believe it, its just a recording. Absolutely hopeless service.

        No uber would accept our booking due to shorter distance, booked online with porirua taxis and they arrived very quickly, both there and back! Drivers were friendly and the price was very similar to the Uber prices too.
