Great service from one of the experts,the other talks too much and was oblivious that his mindless prattle with the client he was serving ,i mean really,did we have to hear about his childhood ? It was holding up the que of waiting clients

Worst experience ever with the porirua store manager. Keeps refusing to help us. Have had an email from the 2 degrees customer service - to make it a easy straight forward process. Still refused to help us. Thinks money is coming out of his pocket and wants a kiss from management - get better or find another job if you cant do yours properly. He said we could not make a complaint in store - which is very untrue, also would not provide us with his name.

Most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced, was sent here by call center (they even emailed to let know i was coming) to sort issue Porirua store refused to sort saying not there problem was aggressive and disgusting attitude.

Incident on 24/02/2023 at 5:30 pm Went to buy a phone there was a young guy by himself. Very unprofessional, rudely behaved, was treating us like we were there to rub. My girlfriend was taking a snap of me, he said that's private property so can't take a snap inside. Forced us to delete her snap. I asked him why we can't take a snap. He was rudely behaving towards us and I had to cancel to buy a phone and got a refund. Will be there again to take this incident seriously and talk to a higher level. (can check on your CCTV)
