Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Have good selection of product on display so you can get an idea of the windows and types of glazing/glass, doors and fittings. Ultimately did not buy from here, salesman was quite rude when trying to get more details for a significant spend.

Really pleased with the service from the team at WWD. We had quite an unconventional build and the team were really helpful dealing with a couple of tricky details.

Do not deal with this company unless you absolutely have to. The door itself is of reasonable quality and the installers (subcontractors) were great and excellent to deal with. But this company has a serious issue with lack of responsibility taken and miscommunication. We tried to raise issues about the install of our door for weeks and were brushed off and given the run around for so many weeks that my patience has totally worn thin. In the end they just denied all responsibility and washed their hands of our problems. Pathetic. Do not recommend these guys.
