I have had an unfortunately bad experience with them. Its four months on and still waiting on parts of my order to be installed. Long story short- I had placed an order for new curtains, tracks, and blinds way back in June- when I had a sales person do the measure and quote. A couple of months later most of the blinds and one set of curtains where installed. However, one set of blinds was completely missed out and the other set of curtains were incorrectly done up. Even the first installation came after a round of calls we had to make to check where the order was- one month after the initial payment. They have failed me on all fronts- communication, delivery, timeliness. I had made multiple trips (three in a period of three weeks) to the store to talk- every time there has been no progress made, worse there has been no acknowledgement of the issue ( they said problems with the system/ process, manpower- which I can concede and understand), nor any accountability, definitely no remediation. So- please do not waste your time and money here, maybe try other branches or better still other curtain and blinds stores. I concede my experience maybe an isolated one, but its really the poor communication and complete disregard to customer needs thats unacceptable and appalling.
