        What's happened to Autograph Porirua, and why is it closed?

        Used to buy all of my clothing from Autograph but started having issues with every single order I placed when they started listing other brands on their site. Gave up for a long time until recently when I thought Id try again in the hopes things had improved. Unfortunately things are worse than ever. Placed an order one month & 13 days ago and it still hasnt even been dispatched. Cant get through on the phone & my emails remain unanswered. Safe to say Ill never order from them again & seem to have no option but to lodge a disputed transaction with my credit card company. Would not recommend buying online from Autograph to anyone!

        GIVE BACK MY MONEY !!!!! YOU ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. They don't even deserve 1 star. bunch of lying people promising they've send my parcel then Australia Post proof them wrong and the status on the tracking number is still Packing by Sender. This is not the first time. Every time I say I'll give them another chance as Plus size clothing is scares. But I found SHEIN and they are reliable. Do not support these people. Their services rapidly degraded in the last year.
