        We didnt stay at the hotel but went to the restaurant for a special final dinner with family whod been visiting from Australia. The service was terrible - Ive sent the establishment a more detailed account, but when you have to work that hard just to get things like the menu, it really isnt okay. When an affagato came out 15 minutes after everyone elses dessert, it just added insult to injury. This is our fourth visit but it will be our last.
