TSB Living Wellington

Poor communication skills. Ordered a mattress on the basis that it would be delivered within a week as I am moving house and require a mattress and was reassured by the store that there was stock in the Wellington store and it would be. It is now Friday, called this morning to follow up and was told there was no stock in Wellington. Was dispatched from Auckland, and will not be here till next week. I am now left without a mattress in my new home thanks to TSB Living's poor communication.

Very friendly staff who were helpful! Only problem I had was when the staff member was showing me what was in stock he scrolled extremely fast through them on his computer and seemed like he didn't care if I purchased or not. Overall, good place and good looking furniture but staff was just ok

I brought a black metal bed frame. Everything was in the box and so easy to put together. It did squeak a bit (but its metal screws on metal so ur an idiot if u didnt see that coming) i fixed it by buying a heap of washers for 2buks at mitre10 lol, now silent as. I loved my experience of shopping online with them. They were lovely to communicate with, really kind, down to earth and so helpful. Plus the price of my frame was awesome. I just really enjoyed my experience and would choose them again. Thanks guys.

Absolutely disappointed in their products and customer service! Purchased a bed only to receive it set it up to find the leg is broken run to get a refund sorted and was told no then told I would have to pay shipping back to them!!!even tho I just paid $65 shipping and $399 for a broken bed!!!!!!! I do not recommend buying beds off them
