Drove here to buy a voucher to the value of $50. Found out 5 minutes later that this voucher was blocked. Went straight back in and waited while BP tried to make contact with the voucher supplier. Here I was told that I had to wait by the manager Ben. 3 days later I called and said I no longer require a voucher and now want the money back and here I was told I still had to wait until BP and the voucher supplier sorted it out but in the mean time, I as the customer has missed out while 2 companies discuss this issue. It's now been nearly 1 week and no follow up, no $50, nothing.

Brought a toasted sandwich today, the first staff member that served me didnt know how to use the register, I asked if my toaster could be heated, she said yes. Then she had to get another staff member to take over. I asked the next lady to toast my sandwich, she said Algood then I paid for my items and had to ask again if she could heat up my toaster, she then told me the machine was broken, If I was told at the start the machine was broken I wouldnt have brought it. Who wants a cold toastie! So I told the lady that and asked if I could return it for something else, she didnt even reply. She just stared at me and I awkwardly left with my cold toastie. Terrible customer service!!!
