Have to give a big shout-out to Gaylene for her amazing help getting mine and my partner's fingerprints taken for a visa application. She made the process so straightforward and completely put us at ease. Truly outstanding service, can't recommend enough - thanks again!!

I don't think I've ever written a Google Review for a post office before - but these guys are that good! The employees who work at Tawa Books & Post are so kind, helpful, sociable and full of enthusiasm. Their positive attitudes are contagious too. It was pouring rain when I entered the post office soggy, cold, and annoyed - but I genuinely left the post office in a better mood because of my conversations with the employees who work there. They love a good yarn and you can tell they enjoy what they do and have a passion for people. I was so impressed with their professionalism and good vibes that I feel like making a 30-minute train ride out to Tawa from Wellington every time I need to post something.
