I went in to see Abhi after having a crash on my mountain bike and suffering a decent knee injury. As an avid mountain biker I was keen to get back on the bike as soon as possible. Abhi introduced me to dry needling and all I can say is the results are speaking for themselves. A month later with a decent set of exercises and a weekly needling session the pain in my knee has disappeared and I am now running and biking pain free which is great. The dry needling was a new technique to me and while apprehensive at first, Abhi was very professional and gentle and ran me through the process as we went about it. I will definitely be heading back to see Abhi for any other niggles that appear in the future!

Started seeing Abi for an injury i picked up playing football . The guy is super knowledgeable and helped me with changes to my day to day activities to increase my chances of recovery . Best physio I've seen and would recommendnot anybody .

Have had the best experience being treated by Abhi. 2021 was rough on both my mental and physical health, so coming into 2022 my number 1 goal was to become healthy again, my key focus being on my recovery. In January, Abhi was recommended to me following a neck/shoulder strain. I went and have worked with him through out the year, driving out to the Tawa clinic fortnightly. Abhi is by far the best physio I have been too. Not only for his dry needling skills but his guidance with my health overall. Abhi has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition, supplements, sleep, work/life balance, weight loss and cardio/strength work. Working with Abhi over the year, I was able to achieve my goal of becoming healthy again. I have dropped 9kgs to date and was able to compete again in my sport - Muay thai. Abhi was a key component during my fight camp, keeping on top on any strain and pains. I was successful, coming away with the win. I have and will continue to recommend Abhi as a physio.

I've been seeing Abhi for dry needling for the last 6 months now. I have been looking for someone who does dry needling here in Wellington for years but a lot of places that provide dry needling are so expensive here. His treatments have made such a difference to my overall pain levels in both of my shoulders. I couldn't recommend him enough he is so gentle and you can hardly feel it - unless he gets a really good trigger point which will mean you'll feel so much better the next day. Abhi is such a great guy and we have some really good chats too. 5 stars to you Abhi :)

I feel extremely privileged to be treated by Abhi. He is the first physio whose treatment doesn't feel transactional or a tick box for ACC. I first saw Abhi late last year for a partial soleus tendon rupture which he treated with dry needling and gradual rehab exercises. Abhi also took the time to build my mental focus and attitude towards health and sporting goals. He is as tough and knowledgeable as they come. I fully recommend Abhi. If you have health goals, go see him; don't wait until you're injured for your opportunity.
