Mick recently helped us gain funding for purchasing our first home. On top of being professional and friendly he has an immense amount of care and empathy for his clients and their situation. Excellent communication from the beginning and amazing support throughout the whole process. Our settlement date is April 14th and we couldn't be happier with Mick's help! I had the privilege of working with Mick recently obtaining funding for buying out my business partner. I had known and was impressed by Mick during previous communications with him whilst working for Westpac. Although we never done any business with Westpac I was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and approachability. Mick was excellent to work with and took all the pressure out of finding funding for me. Mick is an all round good guy who is easy to talk too. Mick supported us through the roller coaster of the current lending market. He was always just a phone call away. Mick explains things in an easy to understand manner verbally but then often took the time to also follow up with an email when it was required.. which we found really helpful.
